Scientifically, our body contains 90% of water and we cannot even deny it. It is really truth that we need water to survive. Not only human need water, others living thing also need it such as animals and plant. Basically, human will find water when they feel thirsty and dehydrated. As we know and it has been on the doctors and scientist research. We can identified by just our own eyes to differentiate people who do not love to drink plain water and vice versa. There are so many effects if we managed to make drinking plain water as a habits.

The most common thing that we know if we love to drink plain water, it will absolutely help us to increase our metabolism rate. To those who are have a low metabolism rate, they should practice to drink more plain water starting from this moments. It may not be tasty like Pepsi or something other else. It also facilitates the transport of waste out the cells. Besides, plain water also will help our cells hydrated properly. Apart from it, our metabolisms will be optimal. The more water we consume, the more efficient our cells can work.


Benefits of white water not only to cleanse the body, but also as the very substance the body needs. We may be able to survive when not eating a few days but could not survive if it is not drinking water. This is because water is the largest part of the composition of the human body. For women, absolutely they want to look flawless and have a healthy skin. Along our live, there are many toxin that had been trapped under our skin. Without realizing it, plain water will makes our skin looks radiant and beautiful. From wasting our money to buy lots of skins products, we can get another natural one and it is free !

Finally, another effects if we drink lots of water, it will help our inner health. The most important thing, it can help us to reduce our weight as plain water contains no calories at all. Another thing is , plain water can produce the male hormone testosterone and estrogen in women which is good. Drinking eight glasses of white in the quantity of each day will increased the digestive system. It can get avoid of constipation and even calories burned will run efficiently.

In the nutshell, there are many effects if we keep drinks lots of plain water. It may help us to have healthy life. We need water to survive and we cannot deny it.
